  I am writing to extend my most sincere thanks for all the help you accorded me with my computer problem today.  I wrote to you in a panic on Friday evening and at 7:00am Saturday you had a response waiting for me.  We sent emails back and forth and that was followed by a phone consult and then by you remotely you logged onto my computer to investigate my situation. 

   After your search you advised me to roll my computer back to the day before I experienced the trouble.  You provided exact instruction and guided me through the process.  Upon completion of that phase there were more steps to follow since ACT! did not load up.  You were there to help with that as well.  This was all Saturday morning.

  When finished with all the repairs my computer is back to normal and I am extremely happy.  We are all so dependant on these machines that it’s very upsetting when they don’t work well.

   I can’t thank you enough for all the help and expert advice you provided.  I consulted with two other tech people and neither recommended the fix that you did which ultimately solved the problem.
