• Training in Toronto, Canada at Delrina’s headquarters for ACT! (version 4) and Winfax. Symantec had purchased Delrina and was just setting up their offices there. This was a 4 day course taught by Steve McCandlish and David Sunnarborg, two of the leading ACT! Certified Consultants in the program. Steve is stilled called upon by SageSoftware for evaluation and troubleshooting.

• We have installed and configured our own LAN with a Domain Controller and upgraded all machines in the office and training room to Windows XP. This includes installation and configuration of Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Directory Services, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, IIS,  and ACT! Premium for Web.
• Over the years, we have helped hundreds of companies set up, customize, and distribute ACT! to their employees, vendors, and customers. We have worked with companies as small as 2 people and as large as groups of over 80 sales representatives with National and International offices.
